Welcome to the City of Greenville’s Citizen Action Line - Web version. This portion of the website allows citizens to voice their concerns, complaints, and requests and have them automatically routed to the proper City staff.

The City Council made the implementation of a system like this one of its goals in the 2005 planning session. City staff’s goal is to use this system to handle your concerns, complaints and requests in the most effective and responsive way.

Please choose the issue you would like addressed from the drop-down menu below. You will then be able to see what the City’s policy and procedures are regarding the issue you have selected. If you would like to continue, please click on the blue issue name.

You may choose to remain anonymous, but if you would like to track progress on your request, please fill in your personal information. If you give your information, you will be given an issue tracking number so you can check the progress of your issue online.
